Eat This After You Train To Grow Bigger and Stronger!

I'm getting ready to go to the gym to train hard. But before I go, I want to give you the exact recipe that I use (and my training clients) to help recover and grow.

If you want to pack on mass then you'll want to make sure you have a recovery drink immediately after you train. This recovery drink should be a 1:3 ratio of protein to carbs. You can make it simple and cheap by drinking a tall glass of chocolate milk... it works like a charm.

An hour after you finish your post-workout recovery drink you need to eat a meal with a 1:2 ratio of protein to carbs with virtually no fat. Here's my secret recipe:

Muscle Mass Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipped cottage cheese (fat free)

  • 2 cups Organic Banilla Yogurt

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 sliced banana

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and strawberries)

  • 1 cup Total Cereal

    Instructions:

    Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mash with a big spoon. Enjoy! This post workout meal tastes great too...
